The hot-dip galvanization process follows either the Chinese standard GB/T 13912-2002 or the American standard ASTM A123 or AS/NZS 4680:2006. This process involves immersing the poles in a bath of molten zinc to create a protective zinc coating. Alternatively, the poles can be powder coated or painted based on the specific requirements of the clients.
The coating process includes the crucial step of spraying plastic, which is essential for ensuring the lamp poles' anti-corrosion properties. High-quality outdoor professional powder is used to ensure that the lamp poles maintain their luster and appearance over the long term.
The flanges of the lamp poles are reinforced to enhance their strength and stability, ensuring they can withstand various weather conditions and external forces.
The welding of the lamp poles conforms to the AWS D1.1 standard. It can be performed using either CO2 welding or submerged arc welding methods. The welding process ensures that there are no fissures, scars, overlaps, layers, or other defects. Both internal and external welding contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the pole's shape.
The base plate of the lamp pole can be square, round, or polygonal in shape, depending on the client's preference. It features slotted holes for anchor bolts, allowing for secure installation. The dimensions of the base plate are customized according to the client's requirements.
